Early life 

Vara Prasad is the child of Late Sri Venkat Rao and Srimathi Anjana Devi. He was conceived on 22 August 1955 in Mogallturu,a town on the Banks of River Godavari in the West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh in India. His dad filled in as a constable and got exchanged all the time. He spent his youth in his local town with his fantastic folks.

He has two sisters and two siblings. His more youthful sibling, Nagendra Babu is a film maker and a performing artist. His most youthful sibling, Pawan Kalyan, is likewise an on-screen character. Individual life

Chiranjeevi wedded Surekha, little girl of prominent yesteryear humorist Allu Rama Lingaiah, on February 20, 1980. He has 3 youngsters, eldest little girl Susmitha, child Ram Charan Teja, and another girl Sreeja
