Monica or Monika (conceived Rekha Maruthiraj) is an Indian film performing artist, who stars dominatingly in Tamil dialect movies. A tyke performer in the mid 1990s, she for the most part showed up in supporting parts, before taking lead parts from the late 2000s on.
She is most likely best known for exhibitions in the movies Azhagi, Imsai Arasan 23m Pulikesi and Silandhi. In 2012, she transformed her name to Parvana for Malayalam movies.
